Description
Useful cooking surface of 60×40cm, for performances identical to those of a professional oven. Made of painted steel and stainless steel, equipped with flue and rain hat, steel door with anti-scald handle and analogue thermometer. Inside, a thick steel flame beater improves heat distribution and protects the steel vault from any heat stress. The high performance of Maestro 60 is also guaranteed by the high insulating material that insulates the vault, allowing you to reach high temperatures in less time with less fuel consumption.
This pizza oven is ex-display stock at Kitchen in the Garden based at Cedar Nursery. It is sold with minor cosmetic wear and tear. The reduced price reflects its current condition (see additional photos).
