Measurements are accurate and fast, from -40 to +572°F, clearly displayed on a proven LCD display. An included stem sheath with pocket clip make it perfect for professional or home use. Additional features include Hold mode, food-safe BioCote ABS, max/min mode, on/off button. The CDN Lollipop Thermometer includes Two LR44 alkaline button batteries and is NSF Certified.
